• Abstract forms and their relationships to each other can tell stories of power and threat or love and compassion.
• An artwork's mood derives from its colors and forms and composition.
• Colors tell their own stories and depend on context. Red can mean war or fire, but also love and affection. Greens, yellows, pinks, whites, and light blues together tell a story of nature in spring. Bright greens, blues, purples and pinks on a dark background tell a story of screens and technology.
